|Recommended: YesLinc I — I have lived at Linc I for over a year and a half and overall the experience was great The property and maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly. The amenities here are unmatched and the community is fairly young. The only downside would be easy access for parking, but they did reconfigure the parking lot to fit more cars and they added an additional parking lot across the street.

Feels like a home
|Recommended: YesNew Luxury Apartment — Linc is a nice apartment with great amenities. I love the design of the building, but the materials used for the apartment is Ikea quality. You can tell construction put the apartment together really quickly as there was splattered paint and chips in the fixtures. For the amount you pay in rent, you would expect more attention to detail prior to tenants moving in.
The construction of the second building and townhomes are an eyesore to look at through your windows, but the construction sounds haven't bothered me too much. However, the train that passes by across the street is extremely loud and annoying.
Leasing staff is responsive and extremely helpful. I've had a couple maintenance issues since moving in and they were addressed right away.
Overall, I would say it is a solid apartment, having lived here for a little over a week.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Beautiful And The Amenities Are Nice — Spend the extra money to live on the top floor. My upstairs neighbors stomp around and make a ton of noise starting around 9-9 30 till after 10 30-11pm most weeknights. I work from home and during the day is nice and quiet.
